راه حل مشکل قطعات استاندارد در نرم افزارهای cad

قول داده بودم که نرم افزار traceparts که کاتالوگ بیش از 100 ملیون قطعه استاندارد از استانداردهای معتبر جهان و همچنین شرکت های معتبر سازنده قطعات صنعتی هستش رو  براتون آپلود کنم. اما متسفانه نسخه ای که هم اکنون در اختیار من هستش و لایسنس نا محدود داره( traceparts 2.3.2)  روی catia r16 به پاییین نصب میشه و ارزش آپلود کردن رو نداره چون برگشت به عقب خواهیم داشت. اما همکنون نسخه ای که فایل دانلودش رو قرار دادم آخرین ورژن این نرم افزار هست (traceparts 2.6) که خودم امتحانش کردم و تا 10 روز بدون مشکل جواب میده . اما بزودی نسخه کرک شدش رو هم پیدا خواهم کرد. البته روی catia r21 جواب نمیده.

در هنگام نصب چند نکته ضروریه

1- برای اجرای این نرم افزار روی catia باید حد اقل یک بار کتیا رو بعد از نصب خود کتیا اجرا کرده باشید.

2- برای استفاده از این نرم افزار در کتیا و یا دیگر نرم افزارهای به نکات زیر توجه کنید.

>>Trace Parts CATIA V5 R8 SP7 and higher

1) Start CATIA V5
2) Trace Parts icon is automatically displayed in the Product Structure
workbench. You can move this icon into any toolbar
3) Click on Trace Parts icon

Trace Parts ACIS

for any CAD software other than Inventor or Mechanical Desktop
that can import ACIS 6.3 files. To be selected to generate .sat files
in a working directory (the default working directory used by Trace
Parts can be modified through the control panel).
1) Start Trace Parts from the corresponding Program Group (by default:
|Start|Programs|Trace Parts|)
2) Once you have reached the last step of the part selection, click on
’Insert part’ and a CAD file will be created in your current working
directory (this directory can be modified through the Configuration
panel).
3) Open the ACIS file you have generated from any compatible CAD
software

>>Trace Parts AutoCAD 2000/2000i/2002

1) Start AutoCAD
2) Click on Trace Parts icon

>>Trace Parts Inventor 4 and higher

For Inventor 4, 5 and 5.3:
1) Start Inventor
2) If "Trace Parts" menu is not displayed in the |Tools| menu, install
Trace Parts add-in: click on |Tools|Add-ins|, select Trace Parts add-in
and tick the options "Loaded/Unloaded" and "Load On Startup"

3) Click on the menu |Tools|Trace Parts|Insert part...|

>>Trace Parts Solid Edge v9 and higher
1) Start Solid Edge Assembly
2) If Trace Parts icon and menu are not displayed, install Trace Parts
add-in: click on |Tools|Add-Ins|Add-In Manager...| and then tick
"Trace Parts"
3) Click on Trace Parts icon or |Trace Parts|Insert part...| menu

>>Trace Parts SolidWorks 2001 and higher

1) Start SolidWorks
2) Install Trace Parts add-in: click on |Tools|Add-ins...| and then tick
"Trace Parts"
3) Click on Trace Parts icon or |Trace Parts|Insert part...| menu
>>Trace Parts STEP or IGES
for any CAD software that can import STEP AP203, STEP AP214 or
IGES files. To be selected to generate .stp or .igs files in a working
directory (the default working directory used by Trace Parts can
be modified through the control panel).
1) Start Trace Parts from the corresponding Program Group (by default:
|Start|Programs|Trace Parts|)
2) Open the Configuration panel (menu
|Tools|Configuration...|System|) and click on the list «CAD format»
to select the format you need
3) Once you have reached the last step of the part selection, click on
’Insert part’ and a CAD file will be created into your current working
directory (this directory can be modified through the Configuration
panel).
4) Open the file(s) you have generated from any compatible CAD
software

>>Trace Parts thinkdesign 7 and higher

1) Start thinkdesign
2) Install Trace Parts icon: click on |Tools|Customize...|, select the
"Toolbar" tab and tick "Trace Parts"
3) Click on Trace Parts icon

>>Trace Parts TopSolid 2003

1) Start TopSolid
2) Click on Trace Parts icon on the right of the main window or on the
menu |Trace Parts|Insert part...|
